Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Option Cancellation Policy applies to subscription purchases made through Fully Activated CBD.

Automatic Renewals

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Fully Activated CBD to charge your selected payment method automatically at the frequency shown when you enroll. Applicable product charges, shipping costs, and taxes will be collected for each recurring order unless you pause or cancel your subscription before the next order begins processing.

Your subscription will continue until canceled. There is no fee to cancel.

Managing Your Subscription

You may use your customer account or subscription-management portal to:

• Cancel your subscription

• Pause or resume your subscription

• Skip an upcoming delivery

• Update eligible subscription details

• Update your shipping address or payment information

Available options may vary depending on the status of an order and the subscription service used by Fully Activated CBD.

Cancellation Deadline

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next recurring order begins processing.

Cancellation prevents future subscription orders and charges. It does not cancel, refund, or recall an order that has already been processed.

After cancellation, you will not receive additional recurring shipments unless you start a new subscription. Cancellation does not affect one-time purchases.

Pausing or Skipping an Order

You may pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery through your customer account or subscription-management portal, provided the upcoming order has not begun processing.

A paused subscription will not generate new recurring orders until it is resumed. Skipping an order affects only the selected delivery and does not cancel the subscription.

Processed Orders and Refunds

Once a recurring order has begun processing, it cannot be canceled or refunded solely because the subscription was not canceled in time.

Returns, replacements, refunds, damaged shipments, incorrect products, and other order-related issues are governed by the Fully Activated CBD Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

Payment Problems

If a recurring payment cannot be completed, we or our subscription provider may retry the payment and notify you. Your subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be collected.

You are responsible for keeping your payment method, contact information, and shipping address current. Fully Activated CBD is not responsible for orders shipped to an address that was not updated before the order began processing.
