    U.S. military veterans and active-duty service members can apply with documentation showing their service.

    U.S. citizens over age 65 can apply with a document showing their name and date of birth.

    Please cover identifying information that is not needed to verify your eligibility.

  • cbd for SSDI

    SSDI Recipients

    U.S. recipients of Social Security Disability Insurance can apply with a benefit verification letter showing their name and disability benefit status.

    We do not need your diagnosis, medical records, or benefit payment amount.

Veterans & Active-Duty Military

Provide one document that shows your name and qualifying military service:

• State-issued driver’s license or photo ID with a veteran designation
• DD-214 or other discharge documentation
• Military service records
• VA-issued veteran identification card, with identification numbers and barcodes covered

Please do NOT send a photo or scan of a Department of Defense military ID or Common Access Card (CAC).

Cover Social Security numbers, service numbers, financial details, and other information that is not needed to verify your eligibility. If you’re unsure which document to use, contact us before sending it.

Seniors Over 65

Provide one of the following:

• State-issued photo ID
• Driver’s license
• Birth certificate

Keep your name and date of birth visible. Cover document numbers, barcodes, your address, and other information not needed to verify your age.

SSDI Recipients

Provide a Social Security benefit verification letter showing your name and current SSDI status.

Cover your Social Security number, claim number, benefit amount, address, and any other unnecessary personal information. Leave the issuing agency, letter date, your name, and the information confirming disability benefits visible.

Need a copy of your letter? You can request a benefit verification letter through your personal my Social Security account.

Include your full name, the program you’re applying for, and the email address you use for Fully Activated orders.

If you’re applying through SSDI, please also create or sign into your Fully Activated customer account using that same email address.

Our team will review your application and Please wait for approval before placing an order you want discounted. We cannot apply the discount retroactively to previous purchases.

How the Discount Works

• Approved participants receive 40% off full-price retail purchases.

• The discount is for the approved participant’s personal purchases only. Please do not share it or use it to buy products for others.

• Assistance-program purchases are limited to $450 per participant each calendar month, measured after the discount is applied.

• The monthly limit resets on the first day of each month.

• The assistance discount cannot be combined with other coupon codes, promotions, or sale pricing.

• Approval does not apply retroactively. We do not issue partial refunds to add an assistance discount to previous orders.

• Military family members do not qualify solely through a veteran or active-duty service member. They may apply if they independently meet another program’s requirements.

How much can I save?

Approved participants receive 40% off full-price retail purchases, subject to the program’s monthly limit and other terms.

How does the $450 monthly limit work?

The limit is based on the amount after your assistance discount, not the original retail price. For example, $100 in full-price products becomes $60 after the discount, so $60 counts toward your monthly limit. The limit resets on the first day of each month. Taxes do not contribute to the $450 limit.

Can I combine this discount with a sale or another offer?

No. The assistance discount cannot be combined with other coupon codes, promotions, or sale pricing.

Can you apply the discount to an order I already placed?

No. Please wait for approval and discount instructions before ordering. We cannot apply the discount retroactively or issue a partial refund for a previous purchase.
