Introduction

Fully Activated began in 2015 with a deeply personal search for quality CBD. When our founder’s father and beloved dog were both diagnosed with cancer, that search revealed how difficult it was to find CBD products he could trust.

Determined to find better options, he began sourcing CBD himself and building friendships with Colorado hemp farmers. Those relationships became the foundation of Fully Activated. 

From launching a website to meeting customers at conventions and trade shows, the business grew through personal connections and a commitment to quality.

Today, we proudly carry that founding spirit forward, helping people find CBD products they can feel confident choosing.

Today, Fully Activated begins its next chapter with mother-and-son owners Lori and Parker Rayl.

    Before partnering with her son, Parker, Lori built a varied career in teaching, city government, and small-business ownership. Her expertise in financial planning and personal investing brings a thoughtful, practical perspective to Fully Activated. As co-owner and CFO, she helps guide the company’s finances and long-term growth with the care and attention of a family-run business.

  • Parker Rayl

    Parker’s background bridges science, medicine, and entrepreneurship. He earned a degree in microbiology and completed three years of medical school at the University of Kansas before pursuing a career in business. At Fully Activated, he brings scientific curiosity and hands-on experience building brands to a focus on clear product information, thoughtful growth, and personal customer service.
