What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. If you have trouble completing payment, contact info@fullyactivatedcbd.com for assistance.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We’ll check its status and let you know what’s possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being prepared or has shipped.

My payment appears on my bank statement, but I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Contact us before placing another order. A pending transaction may be a temporary authorization rather than a completed payment. We can check our records to help determine what happened. Please never email your full card number or security code.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products.

Shipping & Delivery

How soon will my order ship?

Orders typically leave our facility within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to follow its progress. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timing depends on your destination and shipping service. Carrier estimates begin after your package has shipped and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all U.S. territories and internationally for wholesale orders only.

Products & Ingredients

What is CBD?

CBD, short for cannabidiol, is a naturally occurring compound found in hemp. It is one of many plant compounds called cannabinoids and does not produce the characteristic high associated with THC.

What’s the difference between full-spectrum, broad-spectrum, and isolate?

Full-spectrum extracts generally contain multiple hemp compounds, including THC. Broad-spectrum extracts contain multiple cannabinoids with THC removed or reduced to undetectable levels. Isolates contain one purified cannabinoid, such as CBD, CBG, or CBN. Check the individual product description and lab report for its actual composition.

How do I choose a product?

Start with your preferred format, cannabinoid content, and whether you want to avoid THC. Oils offer flexible serving sizes, capsules offer premeasured servings, and topicals are applied directly to the skin. Review the ingredients, strength, and directions before choosing.

Do your products contain THC?

THC content varies by product. Review the product description and its Certificate of Analysis, or COA, rather than assuming every product has the same cannabinoid profile.

What does “THC-free” mean?

Look at the product’s lab report for its THC testing results. “Not detected” means the laboratory did not detect THC above its testing threshold. It does not prove absolute zero THC or guarantee a negative drug test.

What’s the difference between CBD, CBG, and CBN?

CBD, CBG, and CBN are different cannabinoids found in cannabis. They have different chemical properties and are being studied for different potential uses. They are not interchangeable, and research is still developing.

What do the milligrams on the label mean?

Milligrams describe the amount of CBD or other specified cannabinoids. Check whether the number refers to the entire container or one serving. For example, a bottle containing 600 mg of CBD across 30 equal servings provides 20 mg of CBD per serving.

Where can I find the ingredients?

Check the product page and packaging for the ingredient list. Ingredients vary between products, so review the specific formula if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.

Are your products made with Colorado hemp?

Colorado-grown hemp is central to Fully Activated. If you need sourcing or manufacturing details for a particular product, contact us and we’ll help you find the relevant information.

Lab Testing & Quality

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Fully Activated uses third-party lab testing to provide information about our products. Review the relevant COA for the results and the specific tests performed.

What is a Certificate of Analysis?

A Certificate of Analysis, or COA, is a laboratory report for a tested sample. It can show cannabinoid potency and, when included in the testing panel, results for contaminants such as pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, or microbes.

How do I find the lab report for my product?

All COAs are posted on the product page and kept up-to-date. Products may also have a QR code re-directing to the COA.

How should I store my products?

Follow the storage instructions on the label. In general, keep products tightly closed and away from excess heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. Store them out of reach of children and pets.

Usage & Safety

How much CBD should I take?

There is no single serving size that is appropriate for everyone. Follow the product directions and discuss use with a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you take medication or have a medical condition. We can help explain label amounts, but we cannot prescribe a personal dose.

Will CBD make me feel high?

CBD itself does not produce the characteristic high associated with THC. However, some hemp products contain THC, and individual responses vary. CBD may also cause drowsiness, so do not drive if you feel impaired.

Will I pass a drug test if I use your products?

We cannot guarantee a negative drug test with any hemp-derived product, including products labeled THC-free. If you are subject to drug testing, avoiding cannabinoid products is the most cautious choice.

Can CBD interact with medications?

Yes. CBD can interact with prescription and over-the-counter medications. Ask your pharmacist or healthcare provider to review your medications before using CBD.

Can I use CBD while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Do not use CBD during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. The FDA advises against using CBD and THC during these periods.

Wholesale & Bulk

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. Contact info@fullyactivatedcbd.com with your business name, the products you’re interested in, and your estimated quantities to discuss wholesale options.

Can I purchase cannabinoids in bulk?

Contact us about available bulk products, sizes, and pricing. Include the cannabinoid or extract you need and the quantity you’re considering so we can provide relevant information.

What is the lead time for wholesale bulk orders?

Lead time is generally around 7-10 days for larger bulk wholesale orders.
