Welcome to Fully Activated CBD. These Terms of Service govern your use of fullyactivatedcbd.com and purchases made through our website.
The website is operated by Rayl Brands LLC, doing business as Fully Activated CBD. Throughout these terms, “Fully Activated CBD,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business.
By placing an order or otherwise affirmatively accepting these terms, you agree to be bound by them and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not place an order or use services requiring acceptance.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required for the applicable product in your location, to purchase from our website. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may request age or identity verification and decline or cancel orders when eligibility cannot be verified.
You may not purchase products for anyone who does not meet the applicable age requirements.
3. Product Availability and Location Restrictions
Products are available only where we are legally permitted to sell and ship them. Availability may vary based on the product, destination, and applicable requirements.
We may restrict sales, limit quantities, request additional information, or cancel orders when necessary for compliance, inventory management, or fraud prevention. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will refund the canceled items and any associated charges.

Full-spectrum products may contain THC. We do not guarantee that use of any cannabinoid product, including one described as THC-free, will produce a negative drug test.

6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts will be shown at checkout before you submit your order.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not guarantee acceptance or availability. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including inventory shortages, payment problems, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or a material pricing error.
If a material error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding at a different price or cancel and refund the affected portion.
Price changes apply to future purchases and do not alter previously accepted orders, except with your agreement or as permitted by law.
7. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards
Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions disclosed with each offer, including eligibility, expiration dates, minimum purchases, and product exclusions.
Discounts cannot be combined unless the offer or checkout expressly permits it. Discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively unless we agree.
Gift cards are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law. We will honor legally required protections concerning expiration, fees, and cash redemption.
We may decline a promotional benefit obtained through fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse.
8. Subscribe and Save
If you choose a subscription, the product, price, discount, delivery frequency, and recurring billing terms will be disclosed before enrollment.
By expressly enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to those disclosed terms until you cancel.
You may cancel through the subscription management link provided with your subscription or by contacting us at info@fullyactivatedcbd.com. Available options to pause, skip, or modify deliveries will appear in your subscription account.
Cancel before the next scheduled charge to prevent that renewal. If an order has already been charged or entered fulfillment, contact us promptly. Our Refund Policy and applicable law govern any cancellation or refund for that order.
We will provide advance notice of material subscription changes and obtain further consent when required by law. Enrollment in a subscription is optional.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping destinations, methods, and charges are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee otherwise.
We will notify you of material fulfillment delays and provide cancellation or refund options when required by law.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you discover an address error, a missing package, or a delivery problem.
Our Shipping Policy provides additional details. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies you have under applicable delivery and consumer protection laws.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues
Our Refund Policy explains return eligibility, reporting deadlines, documentation requirements, return shipping, and refund procedures.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise presents an order issue, contact info@fullyactivatedcbd.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when relevant.
The Refund Policy in effect when you place your order applies to that purchase. Nothing in that policy or these terms limits mandatory rights concerning defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or undelivered goods.

Business buyers are responsible for obtaining any licenses required for their activities and for ensuring that their own manufacturing, formulation, labeling, marketing, resale, and distribution comply with applicable law.
We do not guarantee that an ingredient is suitable or authorized for every proposed application. Review applicable specifications and obtain appropriate professional guidance before commercial use.
If a separately signed business agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the transactions it covers.
